Cable company

Talked to a tech today by the name of Tim Hudi. Extremely friendly and went above the call of duty. Thanks Tim for all your efforts.

Can I give negative stars? This company has lost my respect and cost me money, more importantly, my precious time. Hands down, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I can only hope karma will force the company closure. I was lied to, over and over and over. Strung along for a full month of paying while not having service and am now stuck with a modem that I’ll be converting to target practice as I have been told they can’t get me service at my new apartment (even though for a month they kept saying they were working it!) save your time, money, sanity.

Kudos to Lisa (Richmond Centre) who always demonstrates her professionalism in explaining details of products, patience in listening to customers' queries/complaints, and most importantly willingness to rectify problems.Our visit this past Sunday (Oct 11, 2021) was due to major discrepancies found in monthly statement. We called the hotline and the representative encouraged us to visit the store in person. When we arrived the store on Sunday afternoon, the staff at the entrance told us to call the hotline. We told him that we were asked to come in person. He insisted that the store did not deal with billing. When we asked who/where should we approach, he looked helpless and let us wait in line!Well, won't describe the details here of what happened in the first 20 minutes. Eventually we were told to line up for Lisa. Lisa was not the person who made the mistake on our bill but her service made us feel at ease. She listened attentively and patiently to our complaints and aptly discussed with her store manager Arlene. Arlene was very helpful and supportive too. Both of them tried hard to fix the problems.Eventually, Lisa made necessary adjustment which was up to our satisfaction. We were grateful for her excellent service and willingness to help. Lisa is certainly a valuable employee.Afraid that customer service provided by this store is rather inconsistent (most carry poker faces and were impatient - conversations overheard while we were waiting). Periodic trainings to staff are therefore recommended. Thank you!

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to help me find the best new phone and set it up efficiently!

My experience with Techworx from the day I contacted them to the day the job is completed was perfect. I had them ran network cable for my house. Price was reasonable. The tech Ryan really cared about his work, everything was professionally done. I would definitely use their services again.

Poor. I have limited to no cell service ... Often, having to get in my car and go to shopping centers for important calls. I have tried on numerous occasions tried to explain all I want is streaming. I paid my bill ... They phoned and said I did not ... They could not hear me respond ... They cut my Wi-Fi off.

Tyler was super helpful, and incredibly friendly! I didn't really know what I wanted other than I wanted to upgrade my phone. He patiently walked me through all the options that were available to me, and got me the best deal!!

So happy with the service I received! The workers was every knowledgeable and detailed about the sale and contract and gave excellent customer and handled all customers before me with a kind and professional attitude!

My poor parents living in Bayfield Ontario are in their 70s and have been without a phone for 3 and a half weeks. Stubbs was to port their phone number when bell was cancelled. They have been unable to receive phone calls during this whole time. A tech came out yesterday to try for a third time to repair the problem. Tech leaves after not being able to restore service, leaving them without a phone and now their internet is gone too.
